Judy and I belong to a group called Dollars for Scholars that was just formed in The Villages last year. It is a local chapter of the national group, Scholarship America.
Our purpose is to raise funds to help High School seniors further their education. We decided that a cruise would be a great way to get together with friends and neighbors in this area and have a good time while raising money for a good cause.
For 2009 we have two cruises to choose from - a short 3 night cruise to the Bahamas from Port Canaveral March 27 and a longer seven night fall foliage cruise from Montreal to Boston September 26. You can review the full itinerary by clicking on the brochure link below.
It's a great opportunity to get some of your family, friends or neighbors together for a fun time while helping to raise money for a good cause.
